If you received wrong item, missing any item which you have ordered or it arrived damaged . Please contact PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore Customer Service Center  within 7 days of receipt of shipment .
 
*Please keep all items and its packing materials ( include: product package , carton box with waybill, packing invoice e.t.c.)
 
The delivery box of the product is for the purpose of protecting inner product only and does not form part of the product or package of the product .We do not accept any exchange or replacement for any damage, taint, tears or broken, for whatever reason, of the delivery box.
