[ Order Cancellation / Return ]
We do not accept cancellation, exchange, nor return of goods unless there is a defect in the product,
we do not offer cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that you cannot cancel the confirmed order once you have pressed the “Confirm” button to confirm the purchase order. Since most of the PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore products are built-to-order, we have produced the products based on the pre-order that you have made.
*Please note that if there is a one-sided cancellation or refusal (or “No Show”) to process the order, we may not accept your future purchase orders nor grant your participation in our sales campaigns. In addition, all of your current orders will be stopped processing.
[ Defective ]
Should you find any defect in our products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt including clear, close-up photos of the defective parts along with a detailed explanation. We will take prompt action (e.g., exchange of goods, etc.) upon receiving your defect reported. (Shipping and handling fees will be covered by BANDAI.)
- Please save the carton box, shipping slip, and packing slip as were received.
- Our products are delivered in a shipping carton.
Please understand that we are not liable for the damages made to the carton but not to the product or package itself;
and therefore such case will not be eligible for exchange.
In case of any dispute, Premium Bandai Singapore reserves the rights of final and absolute discretion.
[ Delivery Box defect ]
Please note that some products are come with delivery box itself (including paper box with Japanese wording printed on it ( Photo below) )
The delivery box of the product is for the purpose of protecting inner product only and does not form part of the product or package of the productWe do not accept any exchange or replacement for any damage, taint, tears or broken, for whatever reason, of the delivery box.
