Answer

  • Unless otherwise specified, Yamato Transport (S) Pte. Ltd. will deliver your package. (Carrier cannot be specified.)
  • If undetermined at the time of order, shipping date for Pre-order items will be announced via email and on Website upon finalising.
  • All products (excluding Pre-order and MTOs) will be delivered within approximately five business days after ordering.
  • Delivery date cannot be specified for MTO (Made-To-Order) items.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation via email.
    (Please note that, in some cases, the delivery may precede the shipping confirmation email.)
  • Go to "My Page: Order History" to check your shipment status and tracking number.
  • Should the shipment of your order delay, we will notify via email.
  • We don't accept that you receive your package at the courier office.
  • Re-delivery is available within one week (Yamato) of initial delivery.
    After the re-delivery period, your package will be sent back to us.
    In case of re-shipment after the package was sent back to us, additional cost of SG$ 20 may be charged.
  • The additional cost of SG$ 12 may also be charged in case the shipping address and/or order was changed after the order has been shipped.

  • We will ensure safe and smooth shipping of the merchandise, kindly check the content(s) of the merchandise upon receipt.
    If there is any missing parts or the content(s) delivered is different from the ordered content(s), please keep the packaging box and contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

You could choose to pick up the merchandise at following Yamato Transport Center.
  • CWT Commodity Hub [Address: 24 Penjuru Road, CWT Commodity Hub #01-06 Singapore 609128]
  • Bedok Mall Yamato Counter [ Address: 311 New Upper Changi Road Opposite #B1-21/22, Singapore 467360]
  • Tampines Mall Yamato Counter [Address: 4 Tampines Central 5 Opposite #04-21/22,Singapore 529510]
Please add Yamato Transport Centre as shipping address during the checkout process. The edit information window will display available center for pickup; Select the center that convenient to you, and made sure to click on the Yamato Office Stop also. After that, you would be able to choose the pickup location for your order.
 
If you have added Yamato Pickup Centre through checkout process before, you can select the pickup center as shipping address directly or change to different pickup location by adding a new shipping address.
 
You'll receive either a call or text message from Yamato for collection notice with a tracking number once your package is available to pick up. Please wait for this call/message before coming to the center.
To pick up your merchandise at Yamato Transport Centre, you will need to display the pickup notification message received to staff at the center.
 
NOTE: TA-Q-BIN Counter at Harbour Link Office will cease operation on the 30th Oct 2017.
NOTE: TA-Q-BIN Counter at IMM will cease operation on  30th Nov 2017.
NOTE: TA-Q-BIN Counter at Bedok Mall and Tampines Mall will cease operation on  31th Dec 2017.
